No account and no checkout forms. You order on WhatsApp and we take care of the rest.

Add products to your order, or message us about any product.
Send on WhatsApp
One tap opens WhatsApp with your list already written.
Confirm and pay
We confirm availability and your total. You pay by M-Pesa or bank transfer.
We pack and send
Your order is wrapped carefully and sent to you.
Delivery times

| Nairobi and surrounding areas | 1 to 2 days. |
| Other parts of Kenya | We use courier services that reach every part of Kenya, including the north, west and east. Where a courier can reach you within 1 to 2 days, that is how long it takes. Further areas take the courier's usual time. |
| Outside Kenya | We can send abroad by courier. Delivery time depends on the courier and the country, and some destinations take 2 to 3 weeks. |
Delivery charges vary by location. We confirm your total, including delivery, on WhatsApp before you pay.
Payment
Most customers pay by M-Pesa, and bank transfer is also available. We do not offer cash on delivery.
When we reply
We usually reply between 8 am and 6 pm. You are welcome to message us at any time, and we reply as soon as we can.
If something is not right
Message us on WhatsApp and explain what happened. We will look into it and work with you to find a solution.
